Millennials are changing the American business landscape as both customers and employees. They’ve been typified as being technologically savvy, highly educated multi-taskers that some might say are over-confident to a fault. Yet their influence and purchasing power ($200 billion in 2017) are undeniable. In fact, in 2018, their purchasing power surpassed that of any generation before them.
