16/10/2016  |  No comments

For over 90 years, the Los Angeles Breakfast Club has been gathering to enjoy mornings among friends. The Club hosts weekly speakers on topics covering your community and the world. It’s a great way to become a more informed, effective member of your community and as they say each Wednesday morning, ”to get better acquainted and start your day off right!“

On Wednesday October 12th and Wednesday October 19th, the Los Angeles Breakfast Club will host a two part presentation by Ann Rushton, Chair of the League of Women’s Voters of Los Angeles, who will be discussing the pros and cons of the 30 plus California State ballot measures that voters will be asked to consider on the November 8th ballot.

The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles, a non-partisan political organization, encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
